After observing tuna fishing practices in the Gulf of Guinea as a fishery observer in his mid-twenties, Julio realized the importance and fragility of marine ecosystems. Today, he is committed in the Medpath project which supports stakeholders trying to move their fisheries to higher levels of sustainability.
